What changes for me as a customer?

Starting February 22, 2023, you’ll have both FlixBus and Greyhound rides to choose from when you visit flixbus.com or use the FlixBus App. FlixBus services remain unchanged, and you can expect the same travel experience on board FlixBus.

How do I know if I book a FlixBus or a Greyhound ride?

During the booking process, you will be able to select which carrier (FlixBus or Greyhound) you would like to travel with. Remember that FlixBus offers rides operated by many carriers, including Greyhound. The operator of your ride will be shown during the booking process and your ticket will clearly indicate which carrier you have booked your trip with. Prior to your trip, make sure to familiarize yourself with the correct pick-up point or station and where to board your selected bus.

Where can I book a ticket and where can I get information on the bus schedule and bus stop?

You can book your ticket and see all travel information via the FlixBus website or FlixBus App, as well as at Greyhound stations throughout the US.
